Carroll Water is seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Sales Lead Generator to join our team of creative and engaging employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new leads, qualifying, and passing on potential sales opportunities to our sales team. Our Sales Lead Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses by answering customer questions about our products and services and encouraging them to schedule appointments for estimates. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging people in conversation and be driven by commissions and incentives.

Pay - $20/hour plus commissions and bonuses: $15 for each lead that completes a demo/appointment. Additionally, once an appointment turns into a sale or install, you will receive $25.
