About the Job: Carroll Water

Carroll Water is seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Sales Lead Generator to join our team of creative and engaging employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new leads, qualifying, and passing on potential sales opportunities to our sales team. Our Sales Lead Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses by answering customer questions about our products and services and encouraging them to schedule appointments for estimates. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging people in conversation and be driven by commissions and incentives.

We offer a fun and dynamic work environment, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Compensation

Pay - $20/hour plus commissions and bonuses: $15 for each lead that completes a demo/appointment. Additionally, once an appointment turns into a sale or install, you will receive $25.

About the Role
  • Engage customers in conversations about their home water treatment needs.
  • Explain features and benefits of products and services, gathering information on customer needs.
  • Build rapport with store leadership teams.
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
  • Generate a high volume of appointments from the kiosk within stores, with targets set by your manager.
  • Travel citywide to store locations as needed.
  • Weekend availability when required.
  • Part-time flexible hours with paid training.
  • Travel pay for locations over an hour away.
About You
