Carroll Water is seeking Part-Time Lead Generator / Customer Service representatives to represent our brand in major retail locations. You’ll be the first contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole-home water systems and gathering leads for our sales team.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, capable of working weekends, and comfortable standing for long periods. Training is provided, with commission opportunities and room for growth in a family-owned company.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities

• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation

• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way

• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up

• Provide an excellent customer experience while answeringgeneral questions

• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts

• Have the ability tostand up to 8 hours

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to set up and breakdowndemodisplay when needed.
