Job summary

Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking energetic in-store sales leaders to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores. You will engage shoppers, explain tune-ups and system upgrades, and schedule in-home consultations with our service team.

This role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, uncapped commissions on top of hourly pay, and training. Weekend shifts and some holidays are required, with in-office meetings weekly.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers and introduce them to ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Support lead-generation, brand-awareness, and customer education while scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC services.
• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Promote service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Coordinate scheduling with service technicians and comfort advisors.
