Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant AI R&D experience in generative models.
• Proven publications and/or patents in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D in generative AI, focusing on GANs, VAEs, and LLMs.
• Design, implement, and optimize novel generative models across domains.
• Mentor researchers and engineers on the AI team.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate models.
• Publish findings in top conferences and journals.
• Develop robust evaluation metrics for generative models.
• Contribute IP through patents and publications.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of generative AI projects.
