Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Minneapolis seeks a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Generative AI. You will architect enterprise GenAI apps, design RAG pipelines, and fine-tune LLMs while leveraging Vertex AI, Document AI, and other platforms.

You will build backend services with Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs, deploy via Docker on GCP/AWS/Azure, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Experience with Google Vertex AI and Document AI.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architecture.
• Experience with OCR, document extraction, and structured data generation.
• Knowledge of PyTorch, NLP, SQL, and machine learning.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs.
• Familiarity with Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, and Docker.
• Cloud development experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications using Vertex AI and other LLM platforms.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Implement LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques.
• Develop document processing solutions using Google Document AI, OCR, information extraction, and structured output generation.
• Build AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, and CrewAI.
• Work with OpenAI APIs, open-source LLMs, and commercial LLM platforms.
• Apply machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs.
• Deploy and manage AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
