Lead Generation Specialist (with Growth into SDR Role) – Pharma State Licensing

LighthouseAI creates a streamlined state licensing experience with support from expert industry veterans and professional solutions.
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and confirm decision-makers responsible for pharmaceutical state licensing across a focused list of companies. This is not a sales or meeting-booking role.
You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Salesloft, and state licensing board directories to find and verify the right contacts. Once identified, you’ll log and tag these contacts so our SDR team can follow up with booking meetings for our sales team. You’ll be trained on our process and supported by the SDR Manager.
This is a great role for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and interested in breaking into sales development/sales without the pressure of cold selling.
Location and Schedule: This is a full-time remote position. US applicants only. Working Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm ET.
