Hi there! Our Sales & Marketing team is growing and evolving, so we seek a Lead Generation Specialist to join us.

About the team and role:
You will become part of a team that already includes a Head of Business Development and an SDR. Currently, the sales department is changing, and your role will be crucial in ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients. Moreover, the trust from the company’s leadership (CEO) fosters a supportive environment for testing new approaches and implementing the ideas of every team member.

Currently, the team focuses on effective lead generation through LinkedIn. Additionally, we plan to actively utilise UpWork and continue to nurture partnerships with our existing and past clients.

In this position, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Understanding the ICP and applying this knowledge in lead generation
  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients using Sales Navigator and Phantom Buster
  • Tracking and ensuring a sufficient number of leads for LinkedIn campaigns
  • Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system (PipeDrive)
  • Setting up automation scenarios through Make
  • Compiling statistics on Cold Outreach campaign results
  • Working with the Apollo platform
  • Searching for potential clients on UpWork
  • Utilising AI tools to optimise the lead generation process

Skills important to us:

  • English language proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and above
  • Confirmed work experience of 2+ years in service IT companies (Outsource/Outstaff)
  • Experience working with CRM systems for 2+ years (PipeDrive, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Practical experience of 1.5+ years with Sales Navigator and Phantom Buster
  • Experience working with the UpWork platform for 1+ year
  • Experience using Cold Outreach automation tools (e.g., Expandi, ReplyGrow) for 1+ year
  • Experience in applying artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) in work processes

Would be a plus:

  • Experience integrating various tools with CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive + Expandi)
  • Experience working with company information platforms (CrunchBase, Apollo, Clay)
