What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct thoughtful, high-quality discovery calls with veterinary clinics to understand their challenges and spark interest in the employer's services
- Book qualified meetings for Partner Relationship Managers based on real clinic insights
- Use Salesforce to track outreach, manage follow-ups, and maintain clean pipeline records
- Clearly and confidently explain how the employer supports veterinary teams and improves the client experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and share real-time feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or sales development experience, preferably in the veterinary or animal health industry
- A true hunter mentality with a passion for outbound outreach
- Resilient, self-starting, and comfortable with rejection in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
