What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to patients interested in the OmniPod System
- Handle inbound calls from patients generated through physicians’ offices and marketing programs
- Introduce the sales team process to prospective patients
- Utilize product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and assist prospects through the sales cycle
- Generate sales-qualified leads by converting marketing-generated leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree
- Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in medical software (EMR/PM)
- Experience in a medical practice
- Salesforce/CRM competency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with diabetes care products or medical devices
