Job summary

Coastal Water and Air seeks a Canvassing Manager to lead a door-to-door canvassing team and drive growth in a fast-growing environment. You will shape territory strategy, develop the team, and ensure steady lead generation to fuel company expansion.

You will interview, hire, train, and coach canvassers, plan routes, and implement effective canvassing strategies in coordination with sales and marketing. A dynamic, supportive work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader.
• Prior success in high-growth door-to-door campaigns.
• Experience in the Home Improvement industry is preferred.
