Remove and Replace Solar has an incredible opportunity for a highly ambitious and goal-driven individual to advance as a full-time Lead Generation Manager. We are seeking a confident and outgoing leader to guide a talented team in delivering sustainable solutions to homeowners in Denver, CO.

Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with earning potential of over $1,000 per week depending on performance. We also offer excellent benefits:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Lead Generation Manager works from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

This role combines leadership with client engagement to secure solar or roofing jobs. You will provide training, mentorship, and performance reviews to your team of door-to-door agents, fostering success through coaching and strategic planning. You will develop strategies to meet lead-generation and sales goals, qualify prospects, and assign leads to the appropriate departments. Engaging with clients to nurture relationships and promote services, you will ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop training materials and scripts in accordance with company policies and regulations.

LEAD GENERATION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in solar, roofing, or door-to-door sales
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Knowledge of solar and roofing products is preferred.
