As a Lead Generation/Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying potential leads and setting appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting cold calls, updating and maintaining our database, and building a robust database of potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation:
    Research and identify potential leads through various online and offline sources.
    Use social media, online directories, and other tools to gather contact information.
  • Cold Calling:
    Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services.
    Engage prospects in conversations to identify their needs and qualify them as leads.
    Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Database Management:
    Update and maintain our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and contacts.
    Ensure all interactions are logged, and follow-up actions are scheduled appropriately.
  • Database Building:
    Continuously build and expand our database of potential clients.
    Organize and segment data to facilitate targeted marketing and outreach efforts
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a lead generation specialist, appointment setter, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other lead-generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
