Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional registration or licensure (EI/EIT/PE) by a state or equivalent.
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or equivalent written test.
• Extensive coursework in core engineering areas (statics/dynamics, materials, thermodynamics, circuits, etc.).
• Experience leading renovation projects and reviewing project requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a renovation team by reviewing project requirements and resolving technical inquiries.
• Advise on contract matters and develop scopes of work.
• Direct project teams responsible for the repair, renovation, and modernization of MEP systems.
• Diagnose system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and compliance.
