Dental Metrics Maven in Basking Ridge, New Jersey is seeking an experienced General Dentist to become the lead doctor in a modern, patient-centered practice with a loyal patient base and strong community presence.

This leadership role includes guiding clinical direction, developing long-term treatment plans, and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team, with robust support from in-office Periodontist, hygienists, and clinical staff, while maintaining high standards of care and patient experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active New Jersey dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Strong comprehensive treatment planning and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage an established patient base.
• Excellent patient communication and case presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering consistently high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the lead General Dentist and primary clinical presence within the practice.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
• Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Confidently diagnose, treatment plan, and communicate complex treatment recommendations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and serve as a trusted clinical resource.
• Collaborate with the in-office Periodontist and other providers to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Partner closely with the hygiene department to identify treatment needs and ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize CBCT, panoramic imaging, and intraoral cameras to support diagnosis and patient education.
• Provide clinical leadership while contributing positively to the culture and success of the practice.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical quality, ethics, and patient safety.
