Shift: Thursday - Tuesday (6 days a week) 11:00pm - 5:00am
A Lead's primary purpose is to organize and guide the team in completing tasks in a timely and effective manner with quality. The Lead will also act as a contact for supervisors and managers to convey work requests to the team and will provide back to supervisors and managers feedback regarding team members' performance.
Travel - Rarely, on average of 5% on a quarterly basis.
Environment - This position works in an operations environment with odors and/or dust and cleaning and/or laundry chemicals.
This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
