MasterCorp Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to organize and guide a team in Phoenix, ensuring timely, high-quality task completion. The Lead will act as a liaison to supervisors and convey work requests while providing feedback on team performance.

Responsibilities include creating an inspiring environment, setting goals, delegating, and overseeing daily operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of work experience directly related to leading a team.
• Experience in organizing and guiding teams preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organization skills to direct the team.

• Travel rarely—average 5% quarterly

Position Overview

A Lead’s primary purpose is to organize and guide the team in completing tasks in a timely and effective manner with quality. The Lead will also act as a contact for supervisors and managers to convey work requests to the team and will provide back to supervisors and managers feedback regarding team members’ performance.

• Travel- Rarely, on average of 5% on a quarterly basis
• Environment- This position works in an operations environment with odors and/or dust and cleaning and/or laundry chemicals.
