Zeta Global in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the design and development of next-generation AI platforms. You will set architectural direction, lead secure and scalable platform development, and collaborate across teams to integrate AI solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with generative AI and strong skills in architecture and design. Benefits include unlimited PTO and excellent medical coverage. Salary range is between $200,000 and $215,000.

Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with GenAI platform technologies such as MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI, and Bedrock.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and architect multi-tenant GenAI platform systems.
• Lead the development of secure, scalable platforms and developer tooling for agentic coding.
• Integrate generative AI frameworks, LLMs, and evaluation platforms into enterprise-grade solutions.
