ExpediteInfoTech (EIT) is seeking a hands-on technical lead to design, code, integrate, secure, deploy, and operate Oracle AI solutions and PoVs. You will build production-quality code, data pipelines, and OCI services while automating infrastructure and mentoring engineers through implementation.

You will lead secure GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI development, build RAG pipelines, design governed AI agents, and optimize Oracle DB/OCI for vector workloads.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of hands-on software, data, cloud, platform, or database engineering experience with AI/GenAI delivery.
• Strong Python development and REST API skills; solid SQL/PLSQL and Oracle DB experience.
• Hands-on with LLM apps, RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation.
• Hands-on data engineering across ETL/ELT, document processing, metadata, data quality, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.
• OCI experience including IAM, networking, security, databases, logging/monitoring, automation, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Terraform, Git, CI/CD, Linux, containers, secrets management, observability, and troubleshooting.
• AI/app security, threat modeling, API security, encryption, logging/SIEM, and LLM-specific risks.
• Ability to move from requirements/architecture to working code and production artifacts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of secure GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI apps using OCI tools and approved models.
• Develop Python services, REST APIs, prompts, tool integrations, guardrails, and lightweight interfaces.
• Build RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, enrichment, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, and citation traceability.
• Design governed AI agents with IAM, authorization, tool access, orchestration, and human approval where needed.
• Configure Oracle/OCI databases for vector storage and RAG workloads; optimize performance.
• Engineer data ingestion pipelines across Oracle databases, apps, files, and external sources.
• Implement data quality, lineage, masking, retention, and environment separation.
• Provision OCI environments via IaC; create reusable Terraform modules and patterns.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for AI apps, data pipelines, and infrastructure; manage secrets and versions.
• Implement containers and Kubernetes deployment patterns with security, observability, and cost monitoring.
• Embed security-by-design into AI solutions; cover IAM, encryption, audit logging, and risk controls.
• Test LLM risks like prompt injection, data leakage, hallucination, and groundedness.
• Instrument AI apps for latency, retrieval quality, model usage, errors, and KPIs.
• Own troubleshooting and optimization across application, model, DB/vector, and deployment layers.
• Package accelerators, templates, and runbooks for reuse.
• Lead code/design reviews and mentor engineers toward production-ready outcomes.
