Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 11+ years overall.
• Experience shipping AI-powered GenAI applications and leading or mentoring engineers.
• Experience with Agile SDLC / SAFE in distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and API design.
• Familiarity with payments, risk analytics, or regulated financial systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver GenAI-enabled applications and reusable components.
• Mentor engineering teams while delivering scalable AI systems.
• Lead end-to-end development across backend, frontend, and data pipelines.
• Define best practices for prompt engineering, LLM safety, and content filtering.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and secure production deployments.
