Qualifications

• 6–9 years of software development with strong Python.
• GenAI patterns: prompt design, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, agents.
• Data-centric engineering experience building services in a data engineering org.
• Data-first Python developer with enterprise data systems knowledge.
• Proven cloud experience, preferably AWS, in building & scaling software.

This role focuses on designing and implementing innovative Generative AI solutions to enhance enterprise data and software processes. Position Overview for the Lead GenAI Developer:

• Drive the design, development, and adoption of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions that accelerate software development, data engineering, and business innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
• Lead the development of scalable Python applications deployed on AWS and mentor development teams to adopt best practices.
• Focus on delivering secure, high-impact AI solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI capabilities, including RAG, embeddings, and AI agents, to advance the organization’s AI maturity.

Requirements for the Lead GenAI Developer:

• 6–9 years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on Python.
• Strong familiarity in applying Generative AI capabilities, including common patterns such as prompt design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings & vector stores, and agentic AI.
• Data-centric engineering experience building services and tools within a data engineering organization.
• A "data-first" Python developer who understands the challenges of enterprise data systems.
• Proven experience building and scaling software solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
