Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist with GenAI expertise to join our fast-growing analytics consulting team in the United States. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions and lead projects while mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, build LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, and create end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring robust, production-ready analytics that drive business value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional GenAI data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with MLflow and model lifecycle management.
• Python functional programming and Git version control.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and other generative AI apps.
• Experience with sequential models (LSTM, RNN, transformer).
• Experience with Bedrock, JumpStart, HuggingFace.
• Ethical considerations and red-teaming in AI development.
• Supervised, unsupervised, deep learning and transfer learning.
• Generative algorithms (GAN, VAE) and pre-trained models (LLaMa, SAM).
• End-to-end ML pipelines in production; 5–10 years total, 5+ in DS.
• CI/CD, monitoring, and model governance.
• Ability to design scalable and reliable AI systems.
• Bachelor's in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems.
• Translate business problems into high level analytics solution designs with client stakeholders.
• Present analytic solutions to business audiences highlighting robustness and business value.
• Develop end-to-end solutions based on deep understanding of business problems for efficient delivery.
• Design and develop machine learning and Generative AI solutions using RAG.
• Build LLM-powered applications leveraging Azure OpenAI and LangGraph workflows.
• Develop agentic AI workflows for automation, insights generation, and decision support.
• Implement Document Intelligence solutions for unstructured data insights.
• Discuss with team to apply relevant analytics techniques and generate actionable insights.
• Present results to senior management and develop operationalization plans.
