Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an AI Engagement Lead to drive client engagements and lead AI engineering pods. The role blends program leadership with hands-on AI/ML engineering, focusing on GenAI projects, LLMs, and production-grade AI services.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define architecture, and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Python, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Strong client-facing skills required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership of technical teams or AI pods while hands-on.
• Strong Python and production-grade app development experience.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and AI agents.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or equivalents.
• Experience with LLM APIs and vector databases.
• Cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/GenAI engagements from discovery to production.
• Interface with clients and senior stakeholders for delivery.
• Translate business objectives into AI solution requirements and plans.
• Own project planning, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate across AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and client teams.
• Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Lead hands-on development of LLM-powered apps and RAG systems.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures: prompts, embeddings, tooling, orchestration.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Gemini, or open models.
