Job summary

Corevia Staffing is seeking a Principal GCP Data Architect to design and implement large-scale data ecosystems in a remote role across the United States. You will lead strategic data platform architecture, governance, and self-serve capabilities, guiding enterprise migrations to Google Cloud.

The ideal candidate has deep GCP stack expertise, data governance focus, and a track record of delivering scalable data solutions in Agile/DevOps environments.

Qualifications

• 18–20 years in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing and BI, with 6+ years on GCP.
• Led at least two enterprise-scale cloud migrations (PB-scale).
• Experience leading large, cross-functional engineering teams in Agile/DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term data platform roadmap on GCP aligned with business goals.
• Architect and oversee modern self-serve data platforms for decentralized teams while maintaining standards.
• Lead end-to-end migrations from AWS to GCP.
