Job summary

JMF Underground Inc is seeking a Gas Utility Service Foreman to lead field crews on HDPE/steel gas line projects. You will supervise installation, testing, and tie-ins, reading blueprints and ensuring safety and compliance.

Requirements include 3+ years construction experience, pipe fitting, fusion equipment knowledge, CDL (A/B a plus), and ability to pass drug tests. Competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Construction experience 3+ years required
• Pipe handling and fitting experience required
• Experience with electro and butt fusion equipment
• Equipment operation experience a plus
• Reading blueprints and layouts is preferred
• Firm knowledge of safety regulations and OQ tasks

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to large construction projects from start to finish
• Manage resources safely per industry standards
• Install HDPE or steel lines for natural gas
• Fabricate, install, thread, fusion, maintain and repair piping
• Air testing, nitrogen testing and final tie-ins to existing systems
• Remove/repair/replace/install various sizes/types of piping and gas meters
• Read blueprints and layouts
• Complete as builds
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Understand all safety regulations and OQ tasks
