We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Game Creative 2D Artist(remote)who will define, maintain, and evolve the artistic style of the project, lead and mentor a team of artists, and ensure the visual quality of all assets in a casual style.If you value not just managing but inspiring and helping employees grow — we’d love to have you on our team!

What You Will Work On:

• Formation, maintenance and development of the artistic style of the project.
• Create concepts for new project features and rework existing ones in line with the project's vision.
• Write feedback and monitor its implementation.
• Cooperation with other departments.
• Art quality control on the project.
• Work in casual style.

What We Expect:

• Gamedev experience at least 3 years.
• High level of expertise in your specialization: You know what it means to work with idea generation, and regardless of the complexity of the task you can achieve a predictable result of high quality.
• Excellent communication skills: you have to be able to express yourself clearly, both in written and oral forms.
• Skills in managing a team of artists: the ability to set tasks and monitor their fulfillment.
• Professional Photoshop skills.
• Upper Intermediate Russianlanguage.

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience in teaching.
• Familiarity with 3D.
