Job summary

The Christ Hospital invites a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join AIM for Wellbeing as the clinical anchor of a multidisciplinary integrative team in Cincinnati. You will provide root-cause–driven medicine, partner with chiropractors, dietitians, nutritionists, and energy healers, and lead in education, quality improvement, and research within AIM's integrative program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Family/Internal/Sports/Preventive medicine or related primary care specialty.
• IMPOE Fellowship or equivalent functional/integrative medicine training.
• IFMCP certification or active candidacy; supported by AIM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations using a functional medicine intake framework; document in Cerbo EMR.
• Order and interpret advanced functional diagnostics (e.g., micronutrient testing, hormone panels, GI mapping).
• Develop individualized, root-cause-driven treatment plans; integrate nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle medicine.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care; reassess and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
