Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal fitness trainer or group trainer preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Coach 23 hours of F45 sessions per week, ensuring highest standard of instruction.
• Facilitate the 45‑Day Challenge, including client check‑ins and other events.
• Recruit, develop, evaluate all studio coaches according to F45 methods.
