Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a personal fitness trainer or group trainer.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team of full‑time and part‑time trainers and run group training sessions.
• Coach 23 hours of F45 sessions per week to ensure personalized attention for all members.
• Assist the sales team in recruiting new members to the studio.
