We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us in our mission to realize the promise of EDI and be part of a team that is redefining what a B2B solution looks like in the emerging era of AI. In this pivotal role, you will help lead ERP delivery of our cloud-native, AI-first solution, Aptean EDI One. This will include working with our clients and their trading partners to configure, train and test the integration of EDI One with Aptean F&B, our flagship food & beverage ERP on the Microsoft Business Central platform. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ERP EDI document testing, partnering with internal and external teams to ensure successful EDI document integration.
• Create and present client requirements to development support. Work with customers to determine business needs and design solutions.
• Investigate and resolve EDI-related issues to mitigate disruptions to project delivery.
• Submit project proposals and discuss with clients.
• Self-manage multiple client-facing projects and workload.
• Answer customer questions regarding functionality and proper usage of the Aptean F&B EDI functionality.

Strategic Leadership

• Serve as a thought leader for ERP and EDI integration within our AI-first, cloud-native practice.
• Help to reevaluate and execute standard operating procedures for integrating ERP systems with advanced AI capabilities, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational excellence.
• Help drive cross-functional global initiatives, mentoring consultants and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Technology and Integration

• Consult and inform on our EDI solution, leveraging our cloud-based platform and AI-driven tools.
• Oversee the delivery of EDI mappings, workflows, and integrations with Aptean ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft NAV, BC, Aptean F&B or similar ERP platforms).
• Utilize advanced integration tools to enable seamless communication between ERP systems, trading partners, and third-party applications.
• Incorporate AI and machine learning to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and enable faster time to value.

Client Project Engagement and Delivery

• Act as a trusted expert to clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored ERP-EDI solutions that drive measurable results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, error reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ERP migrations, upgrades, and AI integration, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ERP and EDI consulting, with a proven track record of successful implementations and integrations.
• Expertise in EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, other) and ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft NAV, BC, Aptean preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based ERP EDI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with EDI middleware, API management, and event-driven architectures.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to self-manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or experience.
