The Offer Business Domain includes functionality from Shopping & Pricing, Inventory, Ancillary Services, Merchandising, Group Management, Revenue Management, Dynamic Pricing, Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC), Amadeus Service Changer (ASC), New Distribution Capability (NDC), and more. This domain is essential for airline success, enabling them to customize offerings and maximize revenue.
The Altéa Offer Services (AOS) Agile Release Train (ART) is dedicated to delivering these customizations.
Summary of the Role
We are looking for someone to lead and guide AOS as the Lead Functional Architect / Solution Definition Manager (SDM). You will be one of the three core leaders of the Train, working closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Train Project Manager (PM). As part of the leadership team, you will collaborate with Business Owners and be accountable for solution design, functionality, and knowledge management.
This is a unique opportunity to:
Oversee solutions across the entire Offer and NDC product landscape.
Take on a leadership role in shaping the strategy and operating model of Services within the Business Domain.
In this role, you will have a chance to ;
Lead solution design and functional decision-making in collaboration with product teams and solution governance processes.
Coordinate experts, architects, and Shared Services to ensure alignment with business goals and quality standards.
Promote consistency with product visions, industrialization, and innovation while managing cost and serviceability.
Collaborate with leadership to define the Train’s mission and foster a culture of inclusion and shared purpose.
Establish effective knowledge-sharing and budgeting mechanisms to support Train operations.
About Ideal Candidate
University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Fluency in English.
Experience in leadership, coordination and team engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High organizational skills and perseverance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Maintenance and quality mindset oriented.
