Job summary

JWay Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fullstack .NET Developer to drive architecture and deliver scalable web applications in Oregon. You will own frontend and backend design, integrate services, and ensure performance.

You will mentor mid and junior developers, collaborate with product and QA, and help shape technical strategy while delivering robust .NET/C#/Angular solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computers or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
• At least 3 years frontend development experience, preferably with Angular.
• Proficient with .NET 4, C#, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end website architecture and user interactions.
• Develop back-end website applications and create servers/databases.
• Ensure responsiveness and performance of applications; meet technical and user needs.
• Mentor mid and junior developers as needed.
