Job summary

Technology Navigators hires a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to own both frontend and backend work using Angular/React and Express/Node. This is a 100% REMOTE role, but candidates must reside in Texas.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive features along the roadmap, and collaborate with customers to demonstrate new capabilities, while maintaining robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with Node.js/Express on the back-end and Angular and/or React on the front-end.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor associate-level software engineers.
• Experience with MongoDB and Docker; strong debugging and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of building out both the front-end and back-end of the platform using cutting-edge tools and popular frameworks.
• Serve as the lead engineer, providing mentorship to associate-level engineers.
• Develop features and platform functionalities according to the roadmap.
• Collaborate directly with customers to demo new features.
• Debug the software efficiently without impacting other functionalities.

• Strong communication skills as you will be interfacing with other internal teams and customers regularly
