TEKsystems seeks an experienced Lead Full Stack Python Developer to architect and build an enterprise-scale Agentic SOC platform. You will own components spanning backend services, agent orchestration, security integrations, evaluation systems, and analyst-facing apps in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with the Technical Director to deliver production-grade solutions, leverage AI-assisted development, and ensure scalability, reliability, and governance across security workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong backend services, API design, security integration.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the core agentic platform for multi-agent security workflows.
• Develop services for investigation pipelines across triage to response stages.
• Implement workflow controls, state management, token budgets, tool governance and performance controls.
• Build secure APIs and services with access controls, logging and data protection.
• Create structured schemas for AI-generated verdicts, evidence, and investigations.
