Job summary

Claryo, a U.S.-based tech company, is seeking a Lead Developer (Full Stack) to own the product layer of our system. You will drive the frontend experience and API layer, collaborating with backend/data engineers and SRE to ship end-to-end workflows.

This high-ownership role moves us from early deployments to repeatable products across facilities, shaping patterns and product behavior. You’ll lead architecture, set standards, and unblock teams while contributing across the stack in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React (Next.js or similar).
• Experience owning end-to-end features or products, not just components.
• Comfortable working across the stack (frontend + API layer).
• Strong ownership and product mindset in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive frontend development (Next.js / TypeScript) and oversee API/application layer integration.
• Design robust end-to-end product workflows and review automated code contributions.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for reliability.
• Build and maintain customer-facing UI and internal deployment/configuration tools.
• Collaborate with product to translate high-level requirements into concrete workflows.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to evolve API contracts and data interactions.
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of frontend and product layer.
