Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an FSE Lead (.Net/Azure) to design, develop, and support scalable applications in a remote US role. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions and guide architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have strong Microsoft stack expertise, Azure PaaS, CI/CD with GitHub, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes. The role supports AI-assisted coding and modern UI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise as a Full Stack Developer in Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, SQL) and modern UI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions, guiding technical design and advancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, testing, and troubleshooting, and implement basic AI-driven features such as chat-based interfaces or lightweight automation agents.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and monitor Azure infrastructure to optimize performance.
