UST is seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using Node.js and React. You will collaborate across product, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, code quality, performance optimization, and DevOps practices, with a compensation range reflecting US markets in Missouri.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional software development experience with emphasis on Node.js and React.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle or relational DBMS, and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and responsive design.
• Proficiency with modern development tools and practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strongly preferred: Groovy/Java related tech and SDLC/Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Contribute to strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
