Qualifications

• 10+ years in hands-on full stack dev; 5+ years in a tech lead role.
• Deep .NET/C# experience (10 years preferred) plus 5+ years Drupal in full stack.
• Proven integration with enterprise platforms (Appian, SharePoint) and DB2.
• Strong cloud engineering background; AWS preferred (EKS/Kubernetes, Aurora, S3).
• CI/CD and DevSecOps leadership: GitLab pipelines, containerization, security scanning.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation across the full stack (frontend, middle tier, APIs, DB).
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing, and definition of done.
• Own website performance, capacity, and security posture; drive modernization.
• Mentor developers and testers; conduct design reviews and pair sessions.
• Drive DevSecOps: containerized builds, pipelines, vulnerability mgmt.
