Job summary

Systems Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. You will guide a team, drive technical direction, and deliver high-quality solutions using C#, JavaScript, Vue3/Prime Vue, Flutter, and T-SQL.

The role requires extensive experience with SQL Server, RESTful services, Git, and Azure DevOps, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience developing web applications with C#, jQuery, JavaScript, Vue3/Prime Vue, CSS, HTML, EF, and T-SQL.
• Over 10 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful services, OO design, and SQL databases.
• Expertise with Git and Azure DevOps for code management and deployment.
• Solid mobile development knowledge (Apple and Android).
• Experience with SSRS/SSIS and SQL Server programming.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and supports desktop, web, and mobile applications to meet business objectives.
• Mentors and guides a team of software engineers and conducts code reviews.
• Defines architecture, sets best practices, and ensures code quality and deployment standards.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and manages project plans and roadblocks.
• Maintains documentation and upholds security measures in software solutions.
