Role Overview

We’re hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the development of AI-integrated applications for clients and internal platforms. In this senior-level role, you’ll lead engineering efforts while collaborating closely with AI engineers, product leads, and clients.

This is a hands-on, leadership role for someone who is deeply experienced in building scalable web applications and excited about shaping the future of applied AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python/FastAPI).

• Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers.

• Integrate front-end experiences with AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Ollama, etc.).

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to turn prototypes into production-grade systems.

• Develop and document backend services, REST APIs, and secure data pipelines.

• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Ensure high reliability, scalability, and usability of internal tools and client-facing products.

• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full stack development experience.

• Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs or other AI APIs into applications.

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong background in system design, RESTful architecture, and secure API development.

• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical delivery in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and OAuth/SSO integrations.
