Job summary

Beacon Hill in Princeton, NJ seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer to own the development of enterprise web applications across frontend and backend using .NET and Angular.

You will work in an Agile environment with product, QA, and architecture to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions, performing unit testing and contributing to design reviews and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• Healthcare payer or behavioral health experience is required.
• 10+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on backend development with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and DevOps to work with DevOps teams.
• Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Location: Hybrid Princeton, NJ (3 days/week on site)

Position Description

• In this role, you'll build modern, production-scale applications end-to-end using a current .NET and Angular stack, with real ownership, cloud exposure, and strong architectural collaboration.
• Build and support enterprise web applications across frontend and back-end layers
• Collaborate in an Agile team with product, QA, and architecture on design and delivery
