Amazon.com Services LLC. is seeking an Area Manager to lead and engage a team of hourly colleagues across the three mile stages in our Las Vegas area. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while maintaining high customer expectations and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience), plus 2+ years of people-management. You’ll work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Work in variable temperatures and noisy environments.
• Work across three workflow stages (First, Middle, Last mile).
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and accurately.
