Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Lead Assurance - FSQ Licensees and Co-Mans in Pittsburgh to oversee food safety, quality assurance, and licensee compliance across a global network. You will coordinate audits, review supplier programs, and guide regulatory alignment with FSMA and GFSI standards.

Expect travel 25–50% and collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related discipline with 4–6 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or related discipline.
• Recommend 4–6 years of quality assurance, food safety, or related experience.
• Experience auditing food manufacturing sites across multiple categories.
• Experience with project management and launching new products.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and excellent communication.
• GFSI and BRC Standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support qualification activities for licensees and co-manufacturers and coordinate audits.
• Travel 25–50%.
• Maintain corporate FS/QA requirements for approvals.
• Conduct risk assessments by product category and location.
• Review FS/QA programs, specs, and labels per procedures.
• Support FS/QA during new product development and launches.
• Review changes to formulation, ingredients, packaging, and processes.
• Monitor quality complaints and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, FS/QA, R&D, Brand Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure safety rules compliance.
