CodeRoad is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (Level 3) to own frontend architecture within the POD, designing scalable patterns in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite. You will mentor juniors and drive architectural reviews to raise the engineering bar.

This role emphasizes ownership of complex frontend features, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality web-scale applications in a 100% remote setting with competitive USD compensation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of frontend development experience in Agile settings.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Vite.
• Portfolio showing architectural ownership of web-scale React apps.
• Ownership mindset and strong written/spoken English.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
