Job summary

Codebridge offers a role for a senior front-end engineer to design, build, and maintain TypeScript libraries and reusable React components with strong type safety and robust API design. You will define state-management patterns at the library level, own versioning, and drive a streamlined build/publish pipeline.

The role emphasizes secure access control in the type system and requires hands-on React expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial front-end development experience
• Proven experience building and maintaining TypeScript libraries/packages consumed by other teams
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript features (generics, conditional/mapped types, discriminated unions, branded types)
• Experience with state management solutions
• Experience with monorepo tooling (pnpm workspaces, Nx or Turborepo)
• Strong hands-on experience with React
• Solid understanding of REST services and API contract design
• Understanding of access-control models (RBAC/ABAC)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain TypeScript libraries and reusable packages for internal use
• Build reusable React components and modules with type-safe public APIs
• Define and maintain state management patterns at library level
• Own versioning and backward compatibility: semver and migration guides
• Maintain the build and publish pipeline: bundling output and tree-shaking
• Encode access-control rules in the type system within the library
• Cover libraries with unit and type-level tests
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development workflows
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
