Job summary

Snowflake is hiring a Frontend AI Principal Engineer in the United States (CA, Menlo Park). You will be at the core of delivering polished, data-driven interfaces and leading cross-functional work to redefine how data is accessed and used.

You will shape the CoCo coding agent platform, influence system architecture, and drive groundbreaking UX across regions while mentoring teams and ensuring performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product web UI development.
• Experience with agentic systems and/or coding agents.
• Experience contributing to interactive dashboards and data visualization platforms.
• Distributed systems development experience a big plus.
• Deep understanding of modern web architecture, API design, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build exceptional experiences with high polish and interaction.
• Define architectural vision for the CoCo agent platform and ensure design consistency.
• Develop innovative platform offerings with a global mindset across regions.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with design, product management, and data teams.
• Deliver features coordinating with data sharing, cloud infrastructure, and regional replication.
• Contribute to product vision and drive team planning; mentor others.
