Title: Lead Engineer, Front-End Development

Location: You can work 100% remote (with the occasional offsite team building meeting) however you MUST live in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT

Salary: 140-167k base + strong benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead major technology initiatives with broad organizational impact, including those spanning multiple departments.
• Contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices that guide large-scale, complex technical solutions across the company.
• Take ownership of the full development cycle-designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software for key projects.
• Evaluate and provide insight on sophisticated technology solutions, considering strategic goals, enterprise architecture, and unique technical challenges.
• Make informed decisions that shape engineering norms and influence team direction, leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Partner with senior engineers and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex issues and align on technical goals.
• Lead project teams, mentor peers, and support the growth of engineering talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React and TypeScript.
• 5+ yrs experience with SaaS OR multi-tenant products
• Must have proven experience as a Technical Lead. Proficient at partnering with product management.
• Must thrive in a scrappy, startup like environment
• Strong communication skills, written and oral (you will have contact with clients)
• Partners well with nearshore teams.
