Job summary

AXS is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the FanSight front-end platform, architecture, and user experience across global ticketing systems. You will balance hands-on coding with team leadership, guiding best practices and technical direction to deliver scalable, high-performing applications for millions of fans.

Responsibilities include designing new features, driving architecture, partnering with Product and Design, and establishing coding standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading architecture and development of large-scale web apps.
• Strong full-stack background with modern front-end technologies and back-end languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features for global ticketing platforms.
• Lead FanSight front-end architecture and user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver accessible, responsive apps.
• Set front-end standards, performance optimization, and testing practices.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical direction across the squad.
• Define the annual technology roadmap and capacity planning.
