Operations
  • Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Assist the Manager with scheduling, adjustments throughout the day, and team break assignments.
  • Help with inventory counts, product ordering, Amazon orders, and receiving products.
  • Maintain Skin ID cards for client education and retention.
  • Achieve store and individual sales goals.
  • Monitor inventory and supply usage for professional and retail products.
  • Coach team members on customer service protocols to ensure consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in staffing, average ticket, and rebooking.
  • Demonstrate high standards for customer service.
Training
  • Assist in training Front Bar Receptionists to ensure confidence in providing exceptional customer service, including selling products, services, and memberships.
  • Train new and existing Front Bar Receptionists on opening/closing procedures, cleanliness standards, and task management.
  • Help hold the team accountable for service, product, and membership sales.
  • Ensure FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are met.
  • Conduct product, retail, and membership training for staff.
  • Implement ongoing in-store training programs.
  • Meet or exceed financial metrics such as service revenue, average ticket, guest count, retention, rebooking, and retail revenue.
  • Identify growth opportunities within staffing and sales.
Marketing
  • Execute marketing plans to increase foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Utilize social media, email campaigns, partnerships, and events to promote promotions and brand initiatives.
Content Creation
  • Create on-brand social media content.
  • Ensure print and digital promotional materials are on-brand and approved.
  • Submit marketing and creative requests as needed.
Event Coordination
  • Plan and execute events to enhance brand awareness and client bookings.
  • Participate in in-store and off-site events.
Position Requirements
