Qualifications

• Experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver department goals.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet business goals and member expectations.
• Communicate department goals and uphold policies, protecting member, associate, and company interests.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the club overall meets expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of operations, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance in the Produce area.
• Use handheld tech to plan, monitor performance, and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive profitability, staffing, and merchandise presentation to meet standards and plans.
• Train and develop associates, fostering growth and strong teamwork.
• Model integrity and customer-first service while supporting Walmart values.
