Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an AI/Data Managing Consultant to lead AI and data initiatives, mentor teams, and deliver solutions for fraud prevention and program integrity. You will work with clients to identify AI use cases, translate business needs, and own senior deliverables.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication with stakeholders, and adherence to governance and responsible AI standards. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI, data science, analytics, or engineering.
• 4+ years in a fraud/payment integrity-related role.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with statistical analytics and data visualization tools.
• Experience deploying ML models at scale and working with various data formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI and data solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Develop, test, and tune fraud prevention and detection rules across languages.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models and analytics workflows.
• Lead data analytics efforts to identify fraud and improper payments and improvements.
• Partner with clients to translate business needs into AI solutions and own client deliverables.
